Getting Here

Our center is located in northwest Houston, with easy access for families across the greater Houston area. Whether you are coming from a nearby neighborhood or driving in from across the city, we are glad to have you.

Where We Serve

Proudly serving Houston families.

At Smilestones ABA, we believe every child has a unique path. Our dedicated Houston center offers focused, structured therapy in a warm space built just for kids — and we also meet families where daily life happens, at home, at school, and in daycare.

We are BCBA owned and operated, which means clinical quality guides everything we do. Your child's plan is built around their strengths, not just a diagnosis, and parents are partners in it from the first conversation forward.

We serve children, teens, and families ages 1 to 21 across Houston and the greater Texas area, and there is no waitlist to get started.

What We Do

ABA therapy that fits your family's life.

Every Smilestones program uses the same evidence-based applied behavior analysis approach. What changes is where it happens, and who is in the room.

Center-Based ABA Therapy in Houston

Our Houston center is a dedicated space built for focused learning. Children work one-on-one with their therapist in a calm, purpose-designed environment, with room to practice social skills alongside peers and consistent routines that help progress click.

It is also a comfortable place to be during a Houston summer, with indoor room to move and play when the heat makes outdoor time difficult.

→ One-on-one therapy in a purpose-built space
→ Structured routines and a consistent environment
→ Peer interaction and social opportunities on-site

In-Home ABA Therapy in Houston

Houston is a large city, and adding another commute is not always realistic. In-home ABA therapy brings the support to you.

Everyday routines become real learning moments — breakfast, getting ready in the morning, sharing with a sibling, winding down at bedtime. Skills practiced at home tend to stay at home, which is the point. Parent training is part of every in-home program, so you are never left wondering what to do after the session ends.

→ BCBA-supervised RBT sessions
→ Parent training included
→ Flexible weekday & evening scheduling

School-Based ABA in Houston

For some children, home goes well and school is harder. School-based ABA helps close that gap.

Our team supports your child in the classroom, working alongside teachers so the strategies that work at home and at our center carry into the school day. We coordinate with campus staff and support your child's IEP goals across Houston-area school districts.

→ Coordination with teachers & IEPs
→ Skill generalization across settings
→ Calm, consistent support

Many Houston families are balancing two work schedules and a morning drop-off. In-daycare ABA means your child does not have to leave the program you already trust in order to get support.

Our therapists work on-site during the daycare day, building social and play skills with the peers your child already sees every morning, in partnership with the staff who know them.

→ On-site support during the day
→ Peer interaction & social skills

Group Therapy in Houston

Some skills grow best alongside other children. Our small-group sessions give children a guided, supportive place to practice communication, turn-taking, and connection with peers their own age.

Groups can be especially helpful for children getting ready for pre-K or kindergarten in a Houston-area school, where a full classroom is a lot to take in at once

→ Social & communication skills

→ Guided, supportive play
