What We Do

In-home ABA therapy in
Houston and Fort Worth.

In-home ABA therapy puts the work into the ordinary moments of a day at home: getting dressed in the morning, asking for what you want, sitting down to a meal with the family. Those are the moments that shape a child's week, and they happen at hours no clinic is open. A board certified behavior analyst writes and holds the program; a trained behavior technician runs each one-to-one session, for ages 1 to 21 across Houston and Fort Worth.

Why Here

Why families choose in-home ABA

Skills learned in one place do not always survive the trip to another. Teaching a child to manage a morning routine is far simpler in the actual morning, in the actual house, with their family present. Working at home removes that translation step entirely.

It also means the adults who are there for the other twenty-two hours of the day can watch the work happen and ask questions as they go.

The real setting

Goals practiced in the rooms and routines where they matter.

Caregivers close by

You can see what the therapist does and why, then carry it on.

Siblings and family included

Home brings the people your child lives with into the picture.

Times that suit you

Appointments arranged around school runs, shifts and bedtimes.

What in-home therapy involves

A technician comes to your house on a regular schedule and works one-to-one with your child, following a plan your analyst has written and revises as things shift. Caregiver coaching is not an extra - it runs through the whole program.

→  Sessions delivered by an RBT, overseen by your BCBA
→ Caregiver coaching throughout the program
→ Appointments on weekdays and into the evening

This is applied behavior analysis shaped to one household. The starting point is whatever your child manages already, and progress shows up as things you would notice without anyone pointing them out.

What we work on at home

Which goals come first depends on the child and on their individual strengths and weaknesses. At home, they tend to cluster around:

→ Communication and asking for what they need
→ Mealtimes, dressing and other daily routines
→  Playing and getting along with siblings
→ Managing frustration and staying settled
→ Independence in small, ordinary things

Is in-home ABA the right fit?

No setting outranks another; they answer different questions. Home-based ABA therapy tends to be the shortest route when the hard parts of the day happen indoors with you. When they show up mainly around other children, or between nine and three, daycare support, school-based ABA or the Houston clinic may achieve more. Running two at once is common enough.

Where we work

Home visits are available right across Houston and throughout the Fort Worth area. Houston families can pair them with time at our northwest Houston clinic if that suits, in which case one analyst holds both sets of goals together.
